Sometimes God puts us in situations where we can be the catalyst for change. I’m Susan Khoury and I’m running for Miami-Dade County Sheriff because as a former federal agent I strongly believe that your safety and security should never violate your civil rights.

Fighting crime is law enforcement’s mission as long as it’s conducted in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The status quo is not acceptable and will never be okay. That is why I used as a guide the 21st century Policing best practices to create my platform.

With God’s grace and your support, I know that we can make Miami-Dade County the golden standard and an example for the rest of the nation of what policing should look like in the 21st century.
